In my field of work and opportunities, I quite often have to complete and sign agreements and contracts whenever and wherever.
Utilizing a great format that is simply put- user friendly and fast, PDF Filler ensures that the people needing my consent or handling signed forms can be done in the moment. We live that way today so it is one of the most useful tools to do such. I am usually the "user" yet in a side hobby for other business work I get to seek the PDF Filler benefits from my outside sourced clients.
  • Getting that quick disclosure paperwork signed , dated and instantly delivered
  • The PDF Filler is reliable and a trusted concept that we see on both ends from user to a specific target or group deal. And I have found it's comfort level of use to work for so many people creatively.
  • As I said: Signed, delivered and flexible for molding and multi person engagement.
  • Not needing to print out in the moment or the opportunity to create and review and touch all points from one place streamline this platform.
  • This is THE standout for Electronic Signature needs.
  • As a using recipient mostly I have avoided larger picture concerns that seem to be a part of the past.
  • There are multiple, additional aspects that I have yet to uncover but have seen in smaller collaborations so I feel good on overall functionality.
  • I find for myself and sometimes my individuals involved simply can use this program with minimal complications and I personally feel it's become smoother over time. There are MANY alternatives but once you connect to a solid performer that is universally known, the extra needs don't appear as you might think.
  • Consider your needs and it's usability together and find out just what can be done and know there is assistance if you get tripped up. But that's more a part of the past as well.
  • You have to decide for yourself. And often you will be presented with this option as someone is seeking your responses or signatures and you can correct a mistake. And you can keep folder flowing.
I chose to hit #9. I believe we all have abilities to broaden our needs so for the majority you may end up thinking this is a 10 if having used comparison tools or remembering those times when a certain "other" signature and document completion tool didn't go as planned or seemed less familiar.
I will always welcome the clients and professionals who need my response to send their documents to me for PDF filling. On the random flip when I have to have communication rapidly flow on the go in a last minute piece of time, these people will receive my PDF™ items. And if tips and tools are necessary, they are rather easily placed where they can be worked out by anyone.

I use it for everything. Whenever i need to have a document emailed to me, which needs to be filled out and returned, i cannot be bothered to print it, fill it and then scan it back. PDF filler allows me to not have to travel with a printer or portable scanner. The phone apps that are supposed to work like scanners are abysmal. So, thanks to PDF scanner I am able to travel with just a laptop and not bother with having to use the business centers at hotels.
  • signatures look like real wet signatures.
  • copies fonts to make seamless edits
  • matches lines of text
  • autofills dates
  • font matching is pretty good but there are some fonts that dont look seamless
  • run a little bit faster
Honestly, everyone should know about PDF filler. But then again, its my little secret, lol. I love the fact that I can make edits to PDF seamlessly and professionally. I also love the fact that the documents i need to fill out, sign and return look great. Not like i printed them and then tried to use a phone scanner to send them back. PDF filler is what allows me to travel without a printer!

We need clients to fill out documents for transport. We used to send them and they hope they had a program to edit or add. We tried a few options but never worked right.. We also had a problem with people overseas not being able to open up the attached files... Nightmare...

PDFFiller solved this ... now they go to the link - fill out the form , add a signature, and send... simple. easy. done..
  • allows us to work internationally
  • allows us to get a stamped signature
  • allows us to collect name and emails before they fill out the form
  • is simple for the client..
  • re-editing pages -- very had to find the page
  • to re-edit you need to go to 4 different buttons
  • you can't re-edit text easily
  • the main page is more focused on received forms -- forms are sent to us so this secondary to the edits
  • Took a while to set up the "order"
allows us to work internationally -- people no longer need to worry about opening files... allows for signatures and verification .

I use PDF filler to create leases, update tenant information with HOA, tax forms, and all other forms related to managing 18 properties. Once a document has been created for a property, I can duplicate it and change tenant-only information leaving the rest of the document as is. This product saves me a tremendous amount of time. It is in the top 5 most valuable tools I use for this business.
  • I love the "duplicate" feature
  • I love the signing feature
  • I love the tools. It allows so many options
  • I would like the ability to create Folders to organize my documents
With 18 properties to manage, there are a lot of forms that need to be filled out for HOA. PDF filler allows me to type in the information, download it to my computer, and/or email directly. When the tenant changes, I can go to the document and just change certain information rather than re-doing the entire thing. Unless you need a handwritten signature, like for a notary for instance, the signature feature is wonderful.

I use it weekly to edit pdf documents and fill in needed information to those pdfs. I have also used for signing and creating training books for employees I bring on to my company. It is easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do. I have recommended it to others in my field of work as a reasonable cost that will improve their business processes.
  • Highlight key sections of your document
  • Allows text options
  • Blackout personal information
  • I occasionally have issues when trying to rename my documents on the main screen but it has improved
I have used it often to add client names to documents.
I don't use it for tax purposes but I do see faxing and IRS options are available.

We use PDFfiller daily to fill and sign documents, it looks more professional and helps to avoid having to print/scan. We have not tried the notarize feature yet but look forward to trying it once we require a document notarized. It is nice to have a software that has all of these features in one and I also like how it is consistently adding new features.
  • Easy of use to fill pdfs
  • Drag and drop pdfs to add to our account
  • Sign documents
  • I would prefer to be able to download the document once finished from the same screen
  • More font options
  • I can't think of anything else because it is so easy to use
This software is easy to use, simple to learn and is always adding new features. I would definitely recommend PDFfiller, it has made filling and signing pdfs much more efficient.

I work with many students from colleges and universities on internships and routinely sign student placement agreements and evaluations. I also frequently work with other agencies and sign agreements/send signed invoices. I also have PDF posters of services that sometimes need to be amended (i.e. change in dates).
  • Easy way to place signature
  • Erase/update material
  • Ability to size/resize text
  • More font options
  • Not changing the original font when editing
It is affordable and user-friendly. For anyone who is busy and doesn't have the time/technical knowledge to learn new software, it is very easy to use.

I use PDF filler across many different platforms in my company. I use it mainly for applications for licensing for the 41 companies that I support in annually renewing their applications with the state. I save each Year's application information so when I go to renew a company for the next year the information is already pre-populated on the form I just print it and submit it very conveniently since the applications are about six pages long. I also use it to fill out any form and I do mean any form I uploaded into the PDF filler click on the boxes enter the information save it print it send it or email it is a convenience that I don't know that I could live without. If I've lost a form on my computer I know I can always go to PDF to find the form because I use it for every form I fill out. This is a must-have for any company I also use it for employee documents forms and letters.
  • Spell checks
  • Love the signature feature
  • Acts like a word document in terms of the features of font bolding
  • If you double click in an area it will reduce the of size of the font in that area.
  • When I edit a document title I would like for that document title to appear on the My documents page
Is mainly used for filling out forms. It doesn't have a blank document field so you can't just create a document you need to upload a form into it. It is easy to upload forms into the PDF filler and to retrieve forms that have been filled out. I would like to see a zoom training done so that I could become more familiar with the other benefits that PDF filler has and I just don't use them because I don't know about them.

Our organization uses PDFfiller to quickly and effectively sign, edit, and complete documents for all of our departments. We primarily use it to fill out lien waivers.
  • User-friendly interface
  • Combine and edit multiple page documents
  • Quick fill in data, like signatures and dates for efficiency
  • Uploading images
  • Changing all font at once
  • Adjusting font size over the whole document
PDFfiller is great for quick edits and is more suited to people not familiar with Adobe. It is 100% more user-friendly. If you need to do more detailed editing, Adobe is better and has more features.

I utilize PDFfiller when I need to update or change documents in RFP, RFI, or contracts where a customer has supplied a PDF. I also utilize the digital signature option on forms as needed. When completing RFP and RFI, it simplifies entering necessary information in the same format provided by our customers.
  • Enter digital signature
  • Update documents with missing or added information
  • Remove unneeded pages and then complete documents
  • Allows "scrubbing" of reports to utilize in presentations to remove private information
  • When deleting pages, I wish it had a select all and then the ability to uncheck pages you want
PDFfiller is easy to use. There is a lot of storage of documents which makes working on RFP's much easier as you can have several copies of the document loaded and work on separate parts then merge together when completed. The digital signature options allow for a computerized signature or an actual signature.

PDFfiller is our primary goto software for creating and editing pdf documents. This is being used my many departments but primarily used by the HR department for recruiting purposes especially since last year as the recruitment has become 100% remote. It helps us create, edit and encrypt pdf documents with ease and help create completely trackable workflows for document filing and signature.
  • UI is intuitive and simple.
  • One can edit literally any sort of pdf including scanned pdf documents as well.
  • Provides functionality to merge multiple pdf documents and also to convert a pdf document to image, word and other formats.
  • Integrates with most of the cloud storage solutions and also with CRM solutions.
  • Sometimes editing text on pdf changes the background to completely white background which should not happen at all.
  • Limited font options for adding text.
  • No option to set the orientation of text at a particular angle in order to align with rest of the sentence while editing text.
PDFfiller is like a swiss army knife for all things related to PDF documents. It is most suitable in organizations where a lot of documentation is required like the medical, insurance, and banking industries. It helps organizations almost go paperless and helps them enhance productivity of employees while making processes more efficient.

PDFfiller comes in especially handy for my organization when working with freelance talent. It allows us to get signatures for contracts and tax documents quickly and securely.
  • Files are easy to find, complete and sign.
  • Takes the hassle out of getting multiple signatures on documents.
  • Limited choice of fonts.
  • Paid version could be more affordable to stay competitive with other options out there.
PDFfiller is especially well suited to filling legal documents like W-9s or NDAs, a scenario we frequently encounter when contracting new freelance talent at our agency. PDFfiller makes it quick and painless to get these forms filled in and submitted.

A well-architected solution for a common problem that has been a pain point in large organizations for years: creating simple workflows for generating friendly, editable, cross-platform PDF files. We leverage PDFfiller to fully automate this process, for our vendors and partners when we need strictly compliant yet also user-friendly editable PDFs.
  • Easy workflows for creating new templates.
  • Ability to bulk send to multiple recipients.
  • Easy to collect signatures as well as other fill-in details.
  • Some formatting options are not as flexible as they could be.
  • More flexible options for pricing for occasional users.
  • UI is a bit overwhelming for new users.
Great for teams big and small who need to be able to occasionally or frequently create beautiful and user-friendly PDFs with clear editable sections. Great for signature collection, contract management, procurement, and legal. Highly usable for all teams in all business functions, and requires little training and onboarding to be productive.

PDFfiller is used widely throughout my organization. Used to automate our employment application processes and create/modify our staff training handbooks. With the ability to add lines and sections into a fallible format saves time and increases productivity across the board. Cloud access makes documents available to staff company-wide.
  • User-friendly. Easily used by even the most entry-level users.
  • Helpful instructions offered to assist new users to learn the product and many features available.
  • Price for paid version can be slightly lower in order to keep up with competition.
• Could have more sharing options to send to other platforms.
I work in recruiting and human resources. Many applicant tracking systems require specific file types in order to upload documents successfully. The many file format conversion options make it easy to convert any file to accommodate each client. The eSign feature is one of my favorite features I I used on a daily basis for our application process.

PDFfiller is used in all areas of our company, it's extremely useful since it works wonders while editing .pdfs, adding watermarks and most of all changing documents that our clients send us that we need to alter. In the administration department, our analysts have to scan several documents and they usually need to merge them with documents from other departments, and the option to split or merge documents works wonders in this regard. Overall is one of the best pdf software there is and it is a must-have for any company in my opinion.
  • Editing existing pdf documents, such as editing texts and adding watermarks.
  • Merging .pdfs while working with different sources of documents and needing to summarize for a presentation.
  • Splitting .pdfs when you have to submit some documents but some of the information is not necessary for presenting.
  • It's a bit slow and too many requirements to return to the dashboard in order to start over
As I mentioned earlier, PDFfiller is an extremely useful tool for editing .pdfs and is well suited for almost every scenario. If you created a pdf document and need to edit it but just for some bad luck you deleted the source document, then PDFfiller shines and lets you work on your pdf without the need to convert it. I don't see any scenario where it wouldn't be appropriate.
